With all units occupied, the project required careful coordination to maintain safety, accessibility, and day-to-day comfort for residents. The team prioritized clear communication, jobsite control, and a clean working environment to ensure the community remained fully functional during construction.

ECC leveraged the two-story building height to complete the project entirely via ladder access, eliminating the need for large equipment and reducing the overall jobsite footprint. This approach minimized disruption, improved site safety, and allowed crews to move efficiently throughout the property.

A structured, building-by-building workflow ensured consistency and efficiency, while proactive communication helped maintain resident access and awareness at all times.
