WE ARE ECC
Strategic counsel. Unwavering execution. 30 years of proof.
Our process
Our process is simple: collaborate, execute, & achieve.
-
Collaborate
First, we collaborate as your advisors.
We approach every project as strategic partners, not order-takers. Our industry knowledge helps you navigate complex decisions, see around corners, and maximize capital investments. We’re the trusted voice in the room that solves problems before they escalate.
-
Execute
Then, we execute without compromise.
We show up when we say we will. We build with precision. We stand behind every decision. Our warranties aren’t marketing, they’re proof.
-
achieve
And it achieves.
Because work that lasts creates relationships that last. Old-school handshake mentality in a modern market where our word is our bond, trust is earned through performance, and doing it right the first time is the only option we’ve ever known.
OUR MISSION
Our Team

GOOD VIBES ONLY
Keep energy high, attitudes positive, and celebrate the journey as much as the wins. -
RAISE THE BAR
Never settle. Demand quality, pursue growth, and keep leveling up. Set the standard, then break it. Relentlessly push yourself and the team to what’s next. -
LEAD BOLDLY
Step up with confidence, embrace change, and attack challenges head-on. Empower your people, coach with purpose, and set the pace for others to follow. -
LET’S GROOOOOOW!
Growth isn’t optional, it’s the goal. Prioritize what moves the needle, step out of the weeds, and make bold moves that expand our impact. Work on the business, not just in it.
Brand ethos
Thirty years ago, we made a decision: do the work right, or don’t do it at all.
-
Our care
Every property is treated like it matters, because it does. We don’t cut corners, rush timelines, or chase volume at the expense of quality. We show up like it’s ours. -

Behind every project is a system built for precision. Proven methods, premium materials, clear communication, and execution backed by warranties because we stand behind what we build. -
Our people
Our craftspeople, project leads, and client partners aren’t just skilled — they’re invested. The relationships we build on every job site are the reason owners and asset managers keep coming back.
