Structural Repairs

Structural repair is everything beneath the finish that has to hold: dry rot, sheathing, substructure, joists, rafters, and framing. Because this work on occupied properties is demanding, we bring the planning, sequencing, and communication to do it without disruption, and the capability to get it right the first time so we don't have to come back.

Wood Repairs

Carpentry is the other trade ECC was built on, and a repair here is only as good as it is invisible: replaced boards, rebuilt walls, patched stucco, finished drywall, all of it reading as complete instead of corrected. A professional inspection precedes every project, so the job closes with confidence instead of surprises, and our crews bring the craft and the eye for it, built on 30+ years. Stucco is matched to the existing texture exactly, and drywall taped, sanded, feathered, and finished so the wall reads as one continuous plane. And on decks and balconies, we restore for safety and finish for value.

Every project follows a consistent process: on-site walkthrough, detailed written estimate, contract execution and scheduling, pre-construction coordination, project execution with regular progress updates and photos, and a final walkthrough with punch-list resolution. A dedicated project manager is assigned to every job and is your single point of contact from start to finish.

How do you handle permits and unforeseen conditions?

When permits are required, we handle the process on your behalf. If our crews uncover unexpected conditions (damaged substrate, moisture, dry rot) we document it, notify you immediately, and present options before any additional work is performed. All scope or cost changes are agreed upon in writing. Where do you operate, and are you licensed and insured?

Our corporate headquarters is in the Denver, CO metro area. We serve clients nationwide with field offices in Laguna Hills CA, Walnut Creek CA, Dallas TX, Phoenix AZ, Salt Lake City UT, Seattle WA, Las Vegas NV, and Tampa FL. No matter where your property is located, we’ll mobilize to get it done. ECC carries General Liability, Workers' Compensation, and commercial auto coverage, and holds all required contractor licenses in the states where we operate. Certificates of insurance are available upon request.

What warranty do you offer, and how should I plan ahead?

We stand behind our workmanship on every project. Our exterior painting projects are backed by a 5 to 7 year warranty, and all other warranty terms vary by service type and scope and are outlined in your contract. Material warranties from manufacturers are passed through to the client and documented at project completion. For large-scale projects, we recommend starting the estimate and contracting process 60 to 90 days before your desired start date.
