Total Building Care

BIG OR SMALL, WE TAKE THE CALL.

Most contractors chasing big capital projects treat small repairs as a nuisance, the call they’d rather not get. We see it differently. The repairs are often a bigger headache for owners and managers than the large projects and handling them well is how trust gets built. Total Building Care makes ECC the easy button for your local teams: fast bids, quick work, competitive pricing, and no job too small. Every repair is also a chance to get to know your property and your team better, and the more we work together, the better we serve you. Where ongoing maintenance keeps a system performing or protects its warranty, like flat-roof coating systems, we’ll tailor a maintenance program to the service and the site, on roofs and well beyond. The repairs come first. The maintenance is built on top, only where it adds value.

PROMISE 01

Small Repairs, Handled

These are the jobs that pile up between the big projects, and they’re the ones we want. Carpentry repairs like siding, trim, and dry rot replacement. Paint and touch-ups that keep a building looking cared for. Life-safety repairs to railings, bannisters, and stair stringers. Concrete trip hazards ground flush before they become a liability. Wood, stucco, and finish work that reads as repaired, not patched. Your team makes one call, and we turn it around quickly and close it out clean.

PROMISE 02

Maintenance Programs, Tailored

Some systems only keep their warranty if they’re maintained. A TPO roof under a 20-year NDL (no dollar limit) warranty is the clearest example: that coverage depends on documented upkeep and periodic inspection. Miss that, and the warranty can lapse years before the roof does. Where it applies, or wherever a customer simply wants it, we’ll build a maintenance program around the specific system and the site, on roofs and well beyond them. The repairs come first. The maintenance is built on top, only where it adds value.
