Yes. ECC carries General Liability insurance, Workers' Compensation insurance, and commercial auto coverage. We hold all applicable contractor licenses required in the states where we operate. Certificates of insurance are available upon request.

The Project Process
Every project follows a consistent process: initial consultation and site walkthrough, detailed written estimate and scope of work, contract execution and scheduling, pre-construction coordination with on-site management, project execution with regular communication, and a final walkthrough and punch-list resolution. We assign a dedicated project manager to every job.
Yes. We regularly work on occupied multi-family properties and commercial buildings. We coordinate closely with on-site management, follow building access policies, notify affected residents in advance, and sequence work to minimize disruption.
We over-communicate. If our crews uncover conditions not visible during the original walkthrough (damaged substrate, unexpected moisture, dry rot), we document it, notify you immediately, and present options before any additional work is performed. Any changes to scope or cost are agreed upon in writing before we proceed.

General Questions
We stand behind our workmanship on every project. Our exterior painting projects are backed by a 5 to 7 year warranty, and all other warranty terms vary by service type and scope and are outlined in your contract. Material warranties from manufacturers are passed through to the client and documented at project completion.
For large-scale projects, we recommend beginning the estimate and contracting process 60 to 90 days before your desired start date. Smaller projects can often move faster. Lead times vary by season and market; reaching out early gives you the most flexibility.
