Coordinating multiple exterior scopes at a coastal hospitality property required careful planning and execution to deliver high-quality results while minimizing disruption to guests and daily operations. The project also involved addressing localized exterior deterioration to maintain the property’s appearance and performance.

ECC completed a full exterior repaint while addressing targeted areas requiring repair. The team replaced deteriorated T1-11 panels on the rear side of the property, completed stucco repairs, and performed metal roof repairs to help preserve the building exterior and elevate the overall appearance of the property.
