Executing exterior improvements within an active industrial business park required careful coordination around tenant activity, vehicle circulation, deliveries, and access points. With all three buildings fully occupied throughout construction, the project team needed to maintain a clean, organized, and safety-focused jobsite while minimizing disruption to business operations.

ECC coordinated work activities to accommodate ongoing tenant operations and maintain accessibility throughout the project. Utilizing boom lift access, the team efficiently completed the repaint across all three buildings while adhering to strict safety and jobsite control standards. Minor stucco repairs were completed as needed to support the long-term appearance and durability of the property exterior.
