Executing a full exterior renovation across six four-story buildings in an occupied environment required careful planning around access, safety, and sequencing. Elevated architectural features, including chimneys, added complexity and required specialized equipment. Maintaining schedule without impacting resident experience or creating safety risks was a key priority.

ECC implemented a streamlined, single-phase execution strategy to maximize efficiency and reduce overall project duration. A boom lift was utilized to safely and efficiently access chimneys and upper elevations, minimizing risk while improving production speed.

Work was carefully sequenced building-by-building to maintain clear resident access and reduce congestion on-site. Proactive communication with residents and management ensured expectations were set and disruptions were minimized. This approach allowed crews to maintain consistent productivity while operating in a fully occupied environment.
