Executing a full color change across a 600+ unit community required careful planning and attention to detail to ensure uniformity and quality across varied substrates. The project included a mix of stucco, masonry, metal, and carpentry elements, each requiring specific preparation and application methods. Additionally, the scale and height of the buildings required strategic access planning using lifts and extended ladders to safely and efficiently complete the work.

ECC implemented a comprehensive approach tailored to the size and complexity of the community. By utilizing a combination of lifts and extended ladder systems, the team was able to safely access all elevations while maintaining production efficiency. Surface-specific preparation and coating techniques ensured proper adhesion and long-term performance across all substrates. The elastomeric system provided durability and enhanced protection, while the full color transformation elevated the overall aesthetic of the property.
